As I am sure you can tell from the daily blog posts the high spirits and energy so evident at the start of the week have slipped away. No one specific reason - just lots of factors that all add up - including the actual blue skies being no more.
Weekends are not great for us at present. Its easy to sit here and think that everyone else is looking forward to a happy, sociable and interesting weekend, and of course we hope you are. Really ours aren't that bad - its just that they aren't how we would choose them to be. Hey ho - no choice so hopefully we will see some of you at some point, the blue skies will return and we will appreciate and be grateful for what we do have.
I know Ella is looking forward to subsequent weekends as various friends start to re appear in Bristol for one reason or another - far more interesting and exciting than having to put up with me!

"Far more interesting and exciting than having to put up with me", may be, but Ella would be the first to say "where would I be with out you [Mum]". I quote from her Facebook page "For all those wanting updates on me, check out simply-more.blogspot.com my lovely Mum's blog!" (I added the apostrophe in for you Ella). Any happy weekend to Jo, Ella and Sophie, even if it is not that exiting, those times will come again soon.
