Ella is still stuck in hospital with to much of the last chemo still in her system. They will test her blood again this morning and if the levels are right she will come home today.
The big question is do we let them start cycle 5 tomorrow???
Personally its a big NO - I think she needs time and space to mentally and emotionally prepare for another onslaught.
Jo and Ella....... I agree that mental and emotional strength is needed as much as physical strength to deal with this illness, and some 'me/Ella' time is now needed at Alington to recouperate before the next dose, even if it is only 2/3 quality days....... Hopefully the professionals recognise this! Uncle Jim x
