Retail Therapy

Check me out - another day away from routine and Bristol.

Wanted to do something lovely for Sophie, her top request was a day out shopping in London. So balancing up chemo schedules, work etc etc - today was the best day to head off to the big smoke.

The very wonderful Amy, Georgina,Lucy and Kate kept an eagle eye on Ella - resting at home with plenty of "juicing activity" and pizza eating indulging going on.

We caught the 9.30 to London and shopped till we dropped. I was not allowed to buy raspberry red skinny jeans in Red or Dead, but was allowed to shop in "Forever 21", and unlike many of the Mums in there(who were sitting in the shoe section reading, whilst their teenage daughters frenziedly shopped), tried on clothes and made a purchase or two!

We had lunch and dinner out and then laden with bags came home.

I think overall I managed to be suitably un embarrassing not too enthusiastic, oh and ready with the "readies", so scored a few brownie points.

Back to business tomorrow:
Sophie AS revision
Jo - work and hospital drops, visits etc
Ella - back into the Oncology unit for the start of cycle six.
