Cracking start...... some where between the production team and Ella's ward her bag of chemo went missing! So instead of going up at 10am, it didn't start till 1pm. (The never found it, so had to have another one made up).
Whats three hours when you have spent so many in hospital already? Well its three hours of being in a place you don't want to be in - especially on a sunny day.
Do I complain - I don't think so, whats the point.
On a positive - a very exciting visitor came to see Ella today - an Olympic Torch bearer - she was the star attraction and hot property and photo material with all the nurses. Go Amy Clutterbuck - what a star you are :)
Thoughts, feelings and updates from Allington Rd (and various hospitals) - so you know, because I know you want to know. I started this blog in November 2011 - so there is a big archive section at the bottom of this page if you want to trawl through and get all the past news.

Well done to you both on your patience. Nice that the torch came by and "Clutterbuck", what a name!
ReplyDeleteIt was definitely the torch that was the star attraction and hot property on the ward, not me! But did manage to get a few minutes peace with Ella amongst the madness. Sending lots of love from Oxford, to you, Sophie, and Ella xxx
