Recall

So Ella  made it home at lunchtime, but then based on blood test results was "recalled"  to come back in for 5pm, her levels were still not right and therefore it was not safe for her to away from hospital.

Devastated does not describe how she felt:(

So another night of fluids going in, another blood test tomorrow and then maybe, just maybe she will get home for two nights before the start of cycle 5 on Wednesday.

Gosh this is tough for us all - but so tough for Ella -  and way to tough to enjoy the lovely sunshine today

  1. So sorry to hear it hasn't worked out to plan today. But wishing you all the luck in the world tomorrow so Ella can spend those nights this week at home. Thinking of her as always. Love from Georgina xxx

  2. Glum news, but despite being devastated, it seems Ella found the resolve to go back for another night - well done.

Your Coventry Fan Club met your mother in the week - good to meet - one day she will put some weight on!!

Yes, you will have guessed - I asked how you are!

The one area of discussion that might be of interest though was how people lead different lives and so have different journies - my life (not worth following) has been very much about work and achievements (my training was from my father - my dear wife believes I was brain-washed!!) - some people will judge by what you have achieved but luckily most people I have met do not.

We have a distant relation who is very happily a priest teaching at Oscott College (a Siminary in Birmingham). How do you measure his achiveements in teaching our future priests - in no way is it going to be about making money - we are all different.

Architect - great news - one thing is absolutely certain in life is that there are not many good architects about! So the ability to create a good use of space and be practicable about it is certainly a gift - if you ever want to talk about being an architect - and you thought I could help - just make contact.

We have only met for a very short time so you will have to make the judgement for me (bad luck!!!) are you like your mother? (No - I am not going to list out the virtues of your mother!).

Coventry City Football Club won yesterday so had an extra cake to celebrate.

    Have a good week.
