So the first Mepact transfusion went well, in that Ella has not had a "bad reaction" to it! Lets hope its reacting the right way inside her.
Second transfusion is tomorrow, and then another two next week. Its disappointing to be spending time in the hospital - even on her weeks out, but needs must.
So "must" - must be done
So around 2pm, Ella will have an hour of chemo and Sophie an hour of therapy - hey ho.
So glad it has not had a negative effect on Ella so far, and she was looking well yesterday. Hope your visit to hospital today is a lot swifter than last time! Will be thinking of you all this afternoon xxx Georgina
