Pushing a boulder uphill


That's what facing up to these last few chemo sessions feels like, and that's just me as a bystander!!!

Mepact this afternoon - same as Thursday, Ella now feeling dreadful.  Will be taking her back in about 10pm tonight, ready for her to start chemo (methotrexate) at 9am tomorrow morning.   Based on past sessions this means Ella will be in hospital till Saturday at least.

Lots of texts and mails will help - the messages can be about something or nothing, its the distraction factor that's needed.

    Keep going Ella, nearly there and ready to push the boulder quickly down the other side; never to see it again..... Thinking of you this week, and happy to come and see you later in the week..... Uncle Jim x
