The gift of Sight
My Dad sent us all this e mail today
I quote from a letter received today "I wrote to your son back in January expressing gratitude for your decision to donate your wife's eyes. I am pleased to be able to inform you that a 65 year old gentleman has had his sight successfully restored as a result of corneal transplantation. I am sure this patient and his family are most grateful for your kind gift" I think this will make us all pleased Love Dad
That's an understatement Dad! We are very, very pleased - what a wonderful gift Mum passed on.
Well done Sophie - superb results. What a wonderful letter too. Bill
