Today I have been refreshing and working on the SACO induction programme and process (how we look after new people when they join our company in their first three months).
It made me think.....has anybody written an induction programme for a Mum whose daughter gets diagnosed with cancer?
Equally has anyone written the one for a Mum whose daughter gets diagnosed with anorexia?
In either case, if they did I haven't found them - maybe I should write them?
Going back through your blog to read about Ella, maybe this post isn't such a bad idea? Once things calm down a bit and you feel you are ready, perhaps transferring the past year or so into writing. Could perhaps help many other Mothers, including yourself.
