Dogs in blankets....

...well it was a Christmas with a difference that's for sure...but with the help of wonderful family and friends we managed and survived our thunderstorm.

"dogs in blankets" - my brother Jim really meant "pigs in blankets"

Visiting Ella at Woodlands.... and then my Mum's tree ....

"Come On Eileen" - blasting out along with other favourite tunes of Ella's - instead of "White Christmas"

A different order of doing things - without my Mum there to take charge - presents before dinner - shock, horror!

Onesies - only for the beautiful and young  (still dressing gowns for the olds!)

3D TV

Dancing chefs.....

.......and lots of other firsts.   Its easy to remember the firsts, much harder to remember the last times - mostly because we don't know when they are going to be the last times, maybe just as well.

Hope your thunderstorms were all good.
