..to her surroundings - I think!
I have just come back from this weekends visit and chat with Ella - she seems to be settling in OK. It really is a lovely spot to go and have a moment, wander, chat, reflect or what ever.
Some people have asked me if its OK to visit her - and the answer is absolutely yes - whoever wants to go - please free, I am sure she would love to see you.
Of course it's too soon for us to have put a memorial stone/marker down - so you will have to look carefully for the standard marker SP80-95 - which also has her name on a small piece of stone as below. Bob R is taking a little Xmas Tree out for her today - so that will help to find it. She's near a tap!
She has some long standing, well established neighbours and new ones arriving all the time. Most notable a lady called Joanna aged 52 arrived about 10 days ago - just a few plots up. Let's hope she is not as "irritating" as me!
Any way - open invite to all and if you do go - I hope you find it as therapeutic as me
We are taking tommy and kezia to ella's special place next saturday - it will be second on the itinary after a visit to granny's special tree. More balloons at the ready !!
ReplyDeleteLooking forward to my forthcoming visit with Grandad. Glad she's settled in Jo and that such a nice place for you as well..... Uncle Jim
ReplyDeleteHello Jo, I used to attend school with Ella a number of years ago, although we weren't very close, I'd very much love to visit her and pay my respects.
ReplyDeleteI'm unsure where she's located, which is a problem. I was wondering if you could reply with the address?
It'd be very much appreciated.
Thank you.
